System Requirements and Compatibility

The Exness iOS app requires iOS 12.0 or later versions to function properly on your device. We support iPhone models from iPhone 6s onwards, including all iPhone SE versions, iPhone 7, 8, X, XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 series. iPad compatibility extends to all models released after 2016, including iPad Air, iPad Pro, and standard iPad versions.

Storage requirements include 150MB of available space for initial installation. The app may require additional space for chart data caching and offline functionality. We recommend maintaining at least 500MB of free storage to ensure optimal performance during extended trading sessions.

Network Connectivity Standards

Our application operates efficiently on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks. Minimum connection speed requirements include 1 Mbps for basic functionality and 5 Mbps for real-time streaming quotes. The app automatically adjusts data consumption based on your connection quality, prioritizing essential trading functions during low-bandwidth situations.

We implemented offline chart viewing capabilities, allowing you to analyze previously loaded price data without active internet connection. However, live trading, account management, and real-time quotes require stable internet connectivity.

Download and Installation Process

Navigate to the Apple App Store on your iOS device and search for “Exness Trade” to locate our official trading application. Verify the developer name shows “Exness (SC) Ltd” before downloading to ensure you install the authentic version. The download process typically completes within 2-3 minutes depending on your internet connection speed.

After installation, tap the app icon to launch the application for the first time. The initial startup includes a brief tutorial highlighting key features and navigation elements. You can skip this tutorial if you prefer to explore the interface independently.

Account Connection Setup

Launch the app and select “Login to existing account” if you already have an Exness trading account. Enter your account number and password exactly as they appear in your Personal Area. The app will automatically detect your account type and configure appropriate trading conditions.

New users should tap “Open Demo Account” to create a practice account instantly. Demo accounts include $10,000 virtual funds and access to all trading instruments. This allows you to test the app functionality before opening a live trading account.

Chart Analysis Tools

Our charting package includes 30 technical indicators and 24 graphical objects for comprehensive market analysis. Access indicators by tapping the “Indicators” button in the top-right corner of any chart. Popular options include Moving Averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and Fibonacci retracements.

Drawing tools enable you to mark support/resistance levels, trend lines, and chart patterns directly on price charts. Use two-finger gestures to zoom in/out and single-finger swipes to scroll through historical data. The app stores your chart configurations automatically for future reference.

Watchlist Customization

Create personalized watchlists by tapping the “+” symbol in the Quotes section. Add instruments by searching for specific currency pairs, commodities, or indices. You can organize multiple watchlists based on trading strategies, market sectors, or personal preferences.

Each watchlist displays real-time prices, daily percentage changes, and quick-access trading buttons. Swipe left on any instrument to reveal additional options including chart viewing, position opening, and detailed specifications.

Order Execution and Management

Place market orders by selecting an instrument from your watchlist and tapping either “Buy” or “Sell” buttons. The order dialog displays current spread, swap rates, and margin requirements before execution. We process orders in under 25 milliseconds with no requotes or rejections under normal market conditions.

Pending orders include Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit, and Sell Limit options. Set your desired entry price, volume, and optional stop loss/take profit levels before submitting the order. The app automatically monitors market conditions and executes pending orders when price reaches your specified levels.

Risk Management Features

Configure stop loss and take profit levels for every position to manage risk effectively. We recommend risking no more than 2% of your account balance per trade. The app calculates position size automatically based on your risk parameters and stop loss distance.

Trailing stops help protect profits during favorable market movements. Set trailing distance in pips, and the app automatically adjusts your stop loss level as price moves in your favor. This feature works continuously even when the app runs in background mode.

Position Monitoring Tools

The Positions section displays all open trades with real-time profit/loss calculations. Tap any position to access modification options including stop loss adjustment, take profit changes, or partial/full position closure. We update position values every second during active market hours.

Push notifications alert you when positions reach predetermined profit/loss levels or when important market events occur. Configure notification preferences in the app settings to receive alerts for price movements, economic news, or account-related updates.

Account Management Features

Access your Personal Area directly through the app’s “More” section to manage account settings, view transaction history, and process deposits/withdrawals. The integrated account management eliminates the need to switch between multiple applications for routine account operations.

View detailed trading statistics including total trades executed, win rate, average profit/loss, and monthly performance summaries. These analytics help you evaluate trading performance and identify areas for improvement.

Deposit and Withdrawal Processing

Process deposits using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or electronic payment systems directly through the mobile app. Minimum deposit amounts start at $10 for Standard accounts and $200 for professional account types. We process most deposits instantly with no internal fees charged.
